One of the Leading Insurance Companies in UAE in Dubai seeks a senior Claims Supervisor to plan, implement and supervise a team of Supervisors and Claims Officers for efficient claims handling and timely service, while protecting the organization’s image.

Requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree; duties include supervising claims processes, settlements, reporting, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the Dubai & NE region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in commercial insurance claims preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Supervisors and Claims Officers to ensure efficient operations.
• Improve cycle times and ensure timely, compliant claims handling.
• Maintain reporting on claims performance and ensure adherence to policy terms.
