Responsibilities

• Review and handle claims according to established procedures.
• Provide accurate and professional responses to client inquiries.
• Support the team to meet SLA targets and drive productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution.
• Engage in medical training to improve claims processing proficiency.
• Maintain high quality standards in all tasks and outputs.
• Support the Team Leader to drive engagement within the team.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
