Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior technical manager to lead engineering efforts on large-scale projects.

You will coordinate with consultants, contractors and authorities, review submissions, shop drawings and material submittals, and support tendering and handover with complete technical documentation. The ideal candidate has 15+ years UAE/GCC construction experience, strong leadership, proficiency in BIM, and a track record with major contractors.

Qualifications

15+ years UAE/GCC construction experience in a technical management role.
Strong technical management, design coordination and value engineering skills.
Experience with major contractors on large-scale projects.
Proficiency in BIM, technical submissions, shop drawings and authority approvals.
Proven ability to lead technical teams.

Responsibilities

Lead technical management, design coordination and value engineering efforts.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors and authorities on technical matters.
Review and approve technical submissions, shop drawings and material submittals.
Support tendering and project handover with technical documentation.
Resolve technical queries raised by site and design teams.
Ensure technical compliance with codes, standards and client requirements.
