Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC is seeking a senior architect to lead architectural design and coordination across villas, towers, and hospitality projects in the UAE.

You will drive design from concept to construction documentation and ensure integrated solutions with structural, MEP and other teams. You will manage approvals with local authorities, prepare GFC drawings and shop drawings, support tendering and value engineering, and ensure compliance with codes and client requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of architectural design experience within the UAE/GCC construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of local authority approval processes across the UAE emirates.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and BIM coordination workflows.
• Demonstrated experience producing GFC drawings, design packages and shop drawings.
• Strong coordination skills across consultants, contractors and internal site teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil; UAE authority registration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate architectural designs across assigned projects, from concept through to construction documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP and other design disciplines to ensure integrated, buildable design solutions.
• Prepare and review GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, design packages and shop drawings.
• Liaise with local authorities to obtain design approvals (Dubai, Abu Dhabi and other emirates as required).
• Support project teams during tendering, value engineering and design review stages.
• Review site queries and provide timely technical clarifications to site teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure design output complies with applicable codes, standards and client requirements.
