Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Civil/Structural Engineering leader to guide the technical delivery of major construction projects.

You will oversee engineering coordination, review designs and shop drawings, and drive effective value engineering across disciplines. With 15-20+ years of civil/structural experience and proven UAE/GCC project exposure, you will mentor teams, manage approvals, and ensure compliance with local codes and project requirements while mitigating

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
15-20+ years of civil/structural construction experience.
Strong technical leadership, design coordination and value-engineering experience.
Demonstrated UAE/GCC construction experience and knowledge of local approval processes.

Responsibilities

Lead technical teams and coordinate engineering deliverables across projects.
Review structural designs, calculations, shop drawings and construction methodologies.
Manage design coordination, value engineering and technical risk mitigation.
Resolve complex technical issues with consultants, designers and project teams.
Monitor design submissions, approvals, technical queries and project milestones.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, specifications and project requirements.
