• Manage and supervise subcontractors, labour, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and report project updates.
• Monitor material usage and ensure timely availability of required materials.
• Prepare daily site reports and maintain project documentation.
