Job summary

Keolis Dubai is seeking a Supervisor to lead Building & Structure Maintenance Technicians across stations, depots, and related facilities. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, ensure compliance with procedures, and mentor subordinates while maintaining accurate maintenance records.

The role requires experience in structural maintenance, strong communication, and a UAE driving license. You will coordinate with engineers and field teams to support ongoing infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance experience in buildings/structures.
• 1 year of supervisory experience leading Building & Structure Maintenance technicians.
• Ability to interpret written, verbal or pictorial instructions to carry out maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of maintenance technicians and subcontractors for preventive and corrective maintenance of building structures.
• Supervise field activities including stitching, grouting, scaffolding, and surface repairs.
• Maintain records of works using a computerized maintenance management system.
• Assist engineers and support staff on complex systems or new projects.
