Job summary

Keolis in Dubai is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee infrastructure and track assets for the Dubai Metro, coordinating with operations and stakeholders to meet KPI targets and reliability standards.

The role requires extensive maintenance planning, team leadership, and assets governance, with on-call responsibilities and a focus on continuous improvement and safety in a high-demand transit environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant infrastructure and track maintenance experience.
• Supervisory/managerial experience overseeing depots.
• Experience with asset management systems and maintenance budgets.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage resources to deliver maintenance and technical services for infrastructure and track assets.
• Organise team to provide first-line rapid response to KPI targets.
• Ensure procurement of tools and spares for maintenance activities.
• Develop staff through training and managerial practices.
• Ensure cooperation with Operations, MILS, CAME, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee documentation, data quality, and environmental topics.
