Job summary

Al Reef Project LLC is seeking a Civil Site Engineer to supervise daily infrastructure and storm water works on site in the UAE. The role requires reviewing drawings and specs, coordinating with subcontractors and consultants, and ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years UAE experience in civil infrastructure and storm water projects, with a valid UAE driving license and strong communication and site-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in civil infrastructure and storm water projects.
• Strong practical experience in storm water drainage, sewage, utility and infrastructure works.
• Ability to read and understand civil infrastructure and utility drawings.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Good communication, coordination and site management skills.
• Candidates available in the UAE are preferred CIVIL SITE ENGINEER.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily civil site activities related to infrastructure and storm water works.
• Execute and monitor storm water drainage, sewage, utility, road, kerbstone, interlock and related infrastructure works.
• Review drawings, specifications and project requirements and ensure work is executed accordingly.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, surveyors and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, quality and safety requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure all works comply with approved drawings and project standards.
• Prepare daily progress reports, site records and required documentation.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
• Ensure work is completed within the required schedule and quality standards
