Job summary

AL SAHRAA CONTRACTING AND LOGISTICS SERVICES - L.L.C. is seeking a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi, including roads, drainage, sewerage, utilities and earthworks.

You will supervise daily site activities, ensure compliance with drawings and specifications, and coordinate with the project team, QA/QC, and HSE personnel. Qualified candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree and UAE infrastructure experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Relevant experience in infrastructure construction projects.
• Knowledge of roadworks, drainage, sewerage, utilities, and earthworks.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and project specifications.
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, HSE requirements, and site documentation.
• UAE infrastructure project experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for infrastructure projects including roads highways drainage sewerage stormwater networks water supply and utility works
• Ensure construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings project specifications method statements and project schedules
• Coordinate with the Project Manager Site Supervisor QA QC Engineer HSE team subcontractors and consultants
• Monitor earthworks excavation backfilling grading compaction and road subgrade preparation
• Supervise installation of underground utilities pipelines manholes culverts and drainage systems
• Check levels alignments dimensions and setting-out activities in coordination with the survey team
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with QA QC for inspections testing and approvals
• Ensure compliance with approved quality standards safety procedures and project requirements
• Monitor manpower materials equipment and subcontractor activities to achieve daily targets
• Prepare daily progress reports site records inspection requests and material requisitions
• Identify site issues coordinate corrective actions and report delays or technical discrepancies to management
• Ensure proper coordination with consultants clients and relevant authorities for inspections and approvals
