Job summary

Confidential Company seeks a Civil Engineering site supervisor for road and infrastructure projects in the UAE. You will oversee earthworks and roadworks, ensure compliance with drawings and specifications, and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 1 year of UAE experience in roads/infrastructure. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, plus strong communication and coordination skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in roads and infrastructure construction.
• Experience with earthworks, road construction, drainage, utilities, asphalt, and related projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage site activities for road infrastructure and earthwork projects.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, surveyors and project team; monitor progress, quality, safety and productivity.

Supervise and manage site activities for road infrastructure and earthwork projects Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings specifications and project schedules Coordinate with consultants subcontractors surveyors and the project team Monitor site progress quality safety and productivity Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation Inspect construction activities including excavation road works utilities drainage kerbstones interlock and asphalt works Resolve technical issues on site and ensure compliance with project requirements Ensure materials and workmanship meet quality standards

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in roads and infrastructure construction.Experience in earthworks, road construction, drainage, utilities, asphalt, and related infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of construction drawings, AutoCAD, and MS Office.Good communication and coordination skills.UAE Driving License is an advantage.Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 10 days will be given preference.
