Job summary

Gulf Contracting & Landscaping (GCL) in Dubai seeks a Civil Project Engineer to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of civil and structural works from foundations to finishing. You will work closely with consultants, contractors, and site teams to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree and 4–8 years of relevant experience, with strong technical and organizational skills; Primavera P6 or MS Project experience is preferred and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 4–8 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural construction processes and standards.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project is preferred.
• Strong technical, coordination, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling, and coordination of civil and structural works.
• Review structural and civil drawings and coordinate technical queries with consultants.
• Monitor site progress against project schedules and highlight risks or delays.
• Coordinate with procurement and contracts teams on materials, subcontractors, and BOQs.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors to ensure proper execution of works.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, technical submittals, method statements, and project documentation.
• Support cost control, variations, and change management.
• Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Civil Project Engineer to join our building construction team, supporting the technical planning, coordination, and delivery of civil and structural works from foundations through to finishing.
