Job summary

Manpower Middle East seeks an experienced Project Civil Engineer to oversee swimming pool, water feature, and hard landscaping works on a Ajman site. You will plan, supervise, and report on day‑to‑day construction activities, coordinate RCC, waterproofing, pool shell, retaining walls, and interlocks, and supervise related MEP installations.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, 5–7 years of relevant experience, UAE driving license and own vehicle, and strong communication and site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in swimming pool construction, water feature projects and hard landscaping.
• Strong site management and ability to read construction drawings.
• UAE driving license and own vehicle are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, supervise, coordinate, and report on site activities to ensure successful project delivery.
• Execute and supervise RCC works, waterproofing, pool shell construction, retaining walls, kerbs and interlocks, paving, stone cladding, and hard landscape installations.
• Coordinate and supervise MEP installations related to swimming pool and water feature systems.
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and project documentation; ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements on site.

We are recruiting on behalf of a landscaping and water feature contractor for an experienced Project Civil Engineer to oversee the execution of swimming pool, water feature, and hard landscaping projects.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on‑site professional with strong technical expertise in RCC works, waterproofing, pool construction, and associated MEP systems. This role will be based in Ajman, UAE where their project site is located.

About the Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in: Swimming pool construction, Water feature projects, Hard landscaping works
• Excellent understanding of site management principles, including planning, supervision, coordination, and reporting. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• UAE driving license and own vehicle are mandatory
