Phoenician Technical Services in Dubai seeks a skilled Civil & Landscape Engineer to join our team. You will develop, review, and coordinate civil and landscape designs, and interface with architectural, structural, MEP disciplines to ensure cohesive project delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating external works, grading, drainage, hardscape/softscape, irrigation, and landscape infrastructure, plus site inspections and resolving design clashes, with a focus on high-rise, hospitality or

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in civil and landscape design/coordination, preferably on high-rise, residential, hospitality, mixed-use, waterfront, or large-scale developments
• Strong experience in external works, grading, drainage, hardscape, softscape, paving, roads, walkways, and site development
• Strong knowledge of applicable civil, landscape, drainage, irrigation, and authority requirements
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit/BIM, MS Office, and relevant landscape/civil design software
• Experience in multidisciplinary coordination, BIM coordination, shop drawing review, and design development
• Strong technical, analytical, coordination, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• UAE/GCC project experience and knowledge of local authority requirements is an advantage

• Develop, review, and coordinate civil and landscape designs.

• Review BIM/Revit models, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical proposals.
• Identify and resolve design clashes, level discrepancies, drainage issues, and interface challenges.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical solutions to construction-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
