Phoenician Technical Services seeks a motivated Planning Engineer with a Civil Engineering background and hands-on landscaping project experience to join our Dubai team.

The role focuses on scheduling, cost control, reporting, and coordination with PMs, site teams, and consultants to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of related experience in landscaping projects.
• Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal, communication, and report writing skills.
• Team player with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements.
• Track project performance to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
• Monitor project costs, financial status, cash flow, and cost forecasts.
• Prepare cost estimates, valuations, payment applications, and final accounts.
• Evaluate variations, change orders, day works, and claims, ensuring all supporting documentation is maintained.
• Monitor changes in project scope and maintain accurate variation registers.
• Track labor hours, material quantities, and additional work costs.
• Ensure compliance with contractual procedures and company cost-control requirements.
• Attend project meetings and prepare progress, cost, and commercial reports.
• Identify project risks, cost deviations, and potential delays, recommending corrective actions.
