Phoenician Technical Services in Dubai is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for full-time joining immediately. The role involves overseeing projects from planning to completion, developing schedules, estimating costs, and ensuring safety and quality on-site and off-site.

You will coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Competenze

• University Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Landscaping field experience.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of UAE experience.
• Professional certification, such as CCM, AC, or CPC.
• A team player with proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Oversee construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery within approved schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Review project requirements, develop work schedules, and estimate costs.
• Supervise on-site and off-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
• Coordinate and manage general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Monitor daily progress and prepare internal and external project status reports.

• Review contractual requirements, negotiate agreements, and coordinate necessary permits and licenses.
