Phoe­nician Technical Services in Dubai seeks a motivated Civil Site Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis with immediate joining.

You will supervise construction activities, review drawings, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and help with planning and reporting. A degree in engineering and 3–4 years landscaping experience, with AutoCAD/Civil 3D skills, are desired.

Competenze

• University degree in Engineering, Construction or similar field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of landscaping experience or similar.
• Team player with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with design/visualization software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar.

Mansioni

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure on-schedule, safe work per project specs.
• Conduct site inspections and review drawings, reports, test results, and other docs.
• Coordinate site manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• Enforce health, safety and environmental requirements on site.
• Prepare site reports and communicate project updates to management.
