Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor in engineering/technical field; high school + experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of construction and supervision experience.
• Experience with irrigation works and landscaping construction is advantageous.
• Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and field safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform continuous inspection of construction activities against drawings, specs, codes, and approved procedures.
• Inspect irrigation, landscaping, and general infrastructure works during construction.
• Witness or conduct civil and structural tests for acceptance of work.
• Verify soil compaction and moisture content during earthworks.
• Review aggregate grading and related test results.
• Witness concrete slump, compression, and coring tests where applicable.
• Coordinate with survey personnel for line and grade verification.
• Inspect piping and electrical interfaces for compliance and safety.
• Document non-conformances and participate in corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection records and site documentation.
