Job summary

AshNov Building Contracting Co LLC is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for villa construction projects in Dubai. You will supervise civil works, read and interpret drawings, and coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and MEP teams to ensure quality execution on site.

Candidates should have UAE experience, strong supervision and communication skills, and knowledge of local safety standards. Immediate availability is preferred and driving licence is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE construction experience.
• Villa construction experience in Dubai is mandatory.
• Proven ability to supervise workers and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of Dubai Municipality construction requirements and safety practices.
• English communication required; Hindi or Urdu an advantage.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities including foundations and finishing works.
• Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings to ensure accurate site execution.
• Coordinate with Site Engineer, subcontractors and MEP teams.
• Monitor manpower productivity, material consumption and construction progress.
• Ensure activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications and quality standards.
• Identify site problems and report them promptly to the Site Engineer.
• Maintain site cleanliness and enforce safety procedures including PPE usage.
• Prepare daily manpower attendance and progress reports.
• Ensure assigned activities are completed according to project schedules.

Supervise daily civil construction activities including excavation foundations concrete works steel fixing shuttering blockwork plastering waterproofing tiling and finishing works Manage and allocate daily tasks to masons carpenters steel fixers and general labourers Read and understand architectural and structural drawings to ensure accurate site execution Coordinate with the Site Engineer subcontractors and MEP teams Monitor daily manpower productivity material consumption and construction progress Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings project specifications and quality standards Identify site problems and report them promptly to the Site Engineer Minimise material wastage and ensure proper use of construction tools and equipment Maintain site cleanliness and enforce safety procedures including the use of PPE Prepare daily manpower attendance and progress reports Ensure assigned activities are completed according to project schedules

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE construction experience.
• Villa Experience: Previous experience in Dubai villa construction is mandatory.
• Main Contractor Experience: Strongly preferred.
• Good knowledge of structural works, masonry, waterproofing, and finishing activities.
• Ability to read and interpret basic architectural and structural drawings.
• Proven ability to supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality construction requirements and site safety practices.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate in English; Hindi or Urdu is an advantage.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
