Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years UAE experience with a main contracting company.
• Experience in building construction, high-rise towers and villa projects.
• Hands-on supervision of site activities and coordination with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at the project site.
• Manage and allocate manpower, including masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and other site workers.
• Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor building construction, high-rise tower, and villa project activities.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and other departments.
• Ensure proper execution of concrete works, block works, plastering, formwork, reinforcement, and finishing activities.
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.

• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, site execution, and construction drawings.

• Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
