Job summary

Confidential Careers in the UAE is seeking a Civil Foreman/Site Supervisor for fit-out and construction works at sites in Al Wathba and Abu Dhabi region. You will coordinate daily tasks, supervise crews, and ensure safe use of tools and equipment.

You will read drawings, plan resources, manage site logistics, and report progress to site engineers. This role requires 5+ years of UAE experience and strong leadership, planning, and safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Foreman/Site Supervisor in fit-out, construction, and facility management.
• Technical knowledge of civil, architectural, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in reporting and MS Office.

Requirements :

• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and safety practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and planning skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in reporting and MS Office
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
