Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Foreman/Site Supervisor in fit-out, construction, and facility management.
• Technical knowledge of civil, architectural, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in reporting and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks as per priorities and manager requirements.
• Supervise construction and facility workers; delegate tasks to meet deadlines.
• Ensure safe use of tools and equipment; provide safety training.
• Resolve conflicts and maintain smooth communication.
• Report project status to site engineers and management.
• Inspect construction sites and facility maintenance/modification works.
• Identify and manage potential safety hazards.
• Enforce compliance with health and safety practices.
• Organize work schedules and manage material orders/deliveries.
• Assist civil engineers with planning activities.
• Complete site reports and maintain accurate records.
