Lark Engineering Construction in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Civil Estimation Engineer to join the team. You will prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for civil projects, coordinating with project, procurement and commercial teams to ensure accuracy and timely submissions.

The role requires 3+ years in civil estimation, UAE experience preferred, strong Excel and AutoCAD skills, and the ability to read civil drawings and specs. Arabic language proficiency is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil estimation/tendering.
• UAE or GCC experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction works, materials and methods.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications.
• Arabic language proficiency preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Prepare BOQs, rate analysis, and tender pricing.
• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Calculate material, labour, equipment and subcontractor costs.
• Prepare competitive commercial and technical proposals.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement and commercial teams.
• Identify scope gaps, exclusions, variations and potential cost risks.
• Prepare estimates for variations and additional works.
• Maintain cost databases and historical project rates.
• Ensure tender submissions are accurate and completed within deadlines.
