Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• Substantial experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, or construction project management.
• Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams and complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards, project controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional engineering registration or relevant certification is an advantage, where applicable.
