Supply Chain Latam Oficial in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Civil Engineering Manager/Director to lead engineering operations, oversee project execution, and drive technical excellence across major infrastructure and construction programs.

You will shape engineering strategies, build and mentor high-performing teams, ensure safety, sustainability, and cost-effective delivery, and align engineering deliverables with business objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• Substantial experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, or construction project management.
• Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams and complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards, project controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional engineering registration or relevant certification is an advantage, where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead civil engineering planning, design, technical reviews, and project implementation.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Manage engineering teams, consultants, contractors, and key project stakeholders.
• Identify technical risks, resolve complex engineering challenges, and implement effective solutions.
• Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement across projects.
• Provide strategic direction and ensure engineering deliverables align with business objectives.
