Job summary

aaah in Dubai seeks a senior Project Manager to lead civil construction programs from planning through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion and strict quality standards.

You will oversee budgeting, risk management, stakeholder engagement with clients and authorities, and mentoring of Project Managers. This role requires 18+ years in civil construction and a Civil Engineering degree, with PMP as an advantage. Based in Dubai, it offers leadership scope on major projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18+ years of experience in Civil Construction.
• Extensive senior leadership in managing people and resources.
• PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end construction process across assigned projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Monitor budgets, cost control, and financial performance of projects.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Lead and support Project Managers, ensuring clear delegation and effective team management.
• Provide coaching, performance evaluation, and succession planning for project teams.
• Maintain close relationships with clients, consultants, and authorities, ensuring alignment on project expectations.
• Report regularly to the Chief Projects Officer and senior management on project status and escalations.
• Ensure legal, regulatory, and safety compliance on all project sites.
• Secure necessary permits and approvals prior to execution.
