Resume Campus is seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager in Ras Al Khaimah to lead complex construction programs. You will plan, coordinate and control projects from inception through to completion, ensuring safety, quality and budget adherence.

The role requires 7–10 years in civil engineering with 3–5 years in management, plus strong leadership and communication skills to drive multidisciplinary teams to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 7–10 years of civil engineering experience, with 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods and safety regulations.
• Excellent project management, leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements and specifications are met
• Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control
• Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications
• Manage and mentor engineering teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development
• Monitor project progress, prepare progress reports, and address any issues or delays that arise
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies
• Handle procurement and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
