Job summary

Reliant HR Consultancy is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee end-to-end site operations in Dubai. You will supervise civil, structural, and finishing works, ensuring alignment with drawings, specifications, and schedules.

The role requires 10–20 years in construction, strong leadership, and proven coordination with subcontractors and consultants. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is preferred; salary and benefits commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 10–20 years of relevant construction industry experience.
• Proven experience managing complete construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of building construction, site execution, planning, and project coordination.
• Experience managing subcontractors, site teams, materials, and construction schedules.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, safety procedures, and construction documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• Monitor project costs productivity and subcontractor performance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Coordinate testing snagging rectification and final project handover.
