Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Civil Engineer for refinery projects to lead civil and structural design reviews, provide technical assurance, and enforce engineering standards across capital projects. You will mentor teams, review foundations, underground services, and interfaces with architectural disciplines, ensuring safety, reliability, and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and 8+ years in oil/gas, refining or petrochemicals.
Experience reviewing structural designs, foundations, and interfaces with architectural disciplines.
Familiarity with ADNOC standards, technical assurance, and project modifications.

Responsibilities

Act as Subject Matter Expert for civil engineering across projects and facilities.
Provide technical leadership and discipline-specific guidance to project teams.
Support implementation of the Technical Authority framework for civil/structural engineering.
Review civil engineering documentation and structural drawings, calculations, and specs.
Ensure compliance with project specs and applicable standards; perform gap analyses.
