Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Lead Civil & Structural Engineer to join our EPC team for Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate will lead civil and structural engineering activities, ensuring project deliverables are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with client specifications, international standards, and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil and structural engineering activities for EPC Oil & Gas projects.
• Review and approve engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical deliverables.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, international codes, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
• Provide technical support during engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Resolve technical issues and mentor junior engineers.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with at least 5 years in a Lead Civil & Structural Engineer role.
• Hands-on experience in EPC projects, preferably with ADNOC or other major Middle East operators.
• Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, and structural design standards such as ACI, AISC, and ASCE.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
