Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer to support ADNOC Refining's capital projects in Abu Dhabi. You will serve as SME for civil discipline, review documents, and ensure alignment with AGES and industry standards across project phases.

You will troubleshoot plant structures, assess design changes, and evaluate cost optimization while ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards and HSE guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil, Gas, or Petrochemical industries.
• BSc in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Strong technical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of structural analysis tools/software.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for civil discipline and review documents across project phases.
• Conduct gap analysis for AGES and provide Technical Authority support.
• Troubleshoot structural issues in plants and evaluate design changes.
• Review technical bids and vendor qualifications.
• Contribute to budgets and ensure HSE/compliance.
