Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Fit-Out Civil Engineer to lead site execution for UAE projects in Dubai. The role requires hands-on coordination of fit-out, renovation, and civil works, with responsibility for drawings, approvals, mobilization, and completion.

The ideal candidate will manage 3–4 sites, coordinate civil and MEP works, and ensure quality control, documentation, and timely handover from start to finish.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Project Engineer with genuine hands‑on experience in fit-out, renovation, and civil projects.

Engineering qualification alone is not enough. The candidate must have actual experience working with a fit-out or renovation company and understand how projects are planned, coordinated, executed, completed, and handed over.

The Engineer should be capable of taking a project through:

The Engineer will also oversee the Foreman and ensure that site activities are properly executed according to the project requirements, drawings, schedule, and quality standards.

The role may require handling approximately 3–4 sites simultaneously, depending on project size and complexity.
