Dutco Construction Co. (L.L.C) in the UAE seeks a Civil Engineering professional to supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring work aligns with drawings, specifications and project schedules.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, review drawings and method statements, monitor progress, quality, safety, and resources, and support timely project delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5-12 years of experience with a Main Contractor in UAE/GCC.
• Experience in residential, high-rise, luxury villa, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Strong exposure to site execution, structural works, finishing works, and project coordination.
• Ability to review drawings, resolve technical issues, and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors.
• Good knowledge of QA/QC, HSE requirements, and project reporting.
• UAE experience preferred.
