The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 10+ years of civil construction experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role, and a proven track record in medium to large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in executing medium to large-scale civil contracting projects.
• Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
• Familiar with local building codes, construction regulations and HSE practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction site operations for civil infrastructure/building projects.
• Supervise site teams including engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and laborers.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
• Review project drawings and specifications; coordinate with consultants and clients.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
• Identify risks or delays and implement corrective actions.
• Manage material procurement and ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with authorities for permits and approvals.
