Micah Solutions in Dubai is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team on residential and industrial projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate is site-focused, technically strong, and able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will supervise day-to-day site activities, review drawings and method statements, and ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering is required.
3-5 years of UAE building construction experience.
Hands-on experience in residential/industrial projects.

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site activities for residential and industrial projects.
Review drawings, specs, and method statements to ensure work complies with plans.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
Prepare and update work schedules, progress reports, and site documents.
Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental requirements.
Assist in quantity take-off, material requisitions and subcontractor verification.
Participate in inspections, snagging and handover of works.
