Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and scheduling ensuring timely completion while adhering to budget constraints and quality standards.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams fostering collaboration and communication among architects engineers and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress compliance with safety regulations and adherence to design specifications.
• Develop and manage project budgets including cost estimation tracking expenses and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
