Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Prime Brokerage (Traditional Finance or Crypto).
• Established network within the CIS hedge fund and family office ecosystem.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first, fast-paced global team.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and onboard top-tier institutional clients.
• Act as a strategic partner for institutional clients, ensuring access to liquidity and trading services.
• Develop and execute a business development strategy for the Russian-speaking market.
• Communicate client feedback to shape institutional products.
• Represent the exchange at industry events to build a network.
