Job summary

AECOM is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating CI/CD pipeline projects across development and operations teams in Dubai.

You will track milestones, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and ensure alignment on CI objectives. The role requires a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum, and experience with CI tools and version control. AECOM offers opportunities to contribute to impactful infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or assistant project management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and practices.
• Experience with at least one CI tool (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Preferred: familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Preferred: basic understanding of software testing and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating CI/CD pipeline projects and initiatives
• Support the project manager in tracking project progress, milestones, and deliverables
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, status reports, and meeting notes
• Coordinate communication between development teams, operations, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on CI objectives
• Monitor and track CI tool configurations, build processes, and deployment activities
• Assist in identifying and resolving project bottlenecks and process inefficiencies
• Support the implementation of continuous integration best practices and standards
• Prepare and distribute project status updates and performance metrics
• Assist in onboarding team members to CI processes and tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
• Maintain organized project files, schedules, and resource allocation records
