VaynerMedia APAC is seeking a strategic thinker with deep China market experience to drive social and content strategy for on-brand campaigns. You will partner with local and global teams to develop and execute end-to-end social, content and influencer initiatives that resonate across billions of screens.

The role requires a strong understanding of the Chinese digital landscape, a can-do attitude, and the ability to hit the ground running—attending on-site events when required.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years experience as a strategist in a media or creative advertising agency in the China market.
• Ability to deliver work independently with energy and drive.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams across disciplines.
• Comfort with fast-paced, agency life and tight deadlines.
• Fluency in Mandarin preferred or beneficial.

• Bridge brands and consumers through strategic storytelling and insights.
• Develop and articulate end-to-end social media strategy and content plans.
• Lead end-to-end campaign concepts from brief to execution with cross-functional teams.
• Create audience segmentation and strategic rationale to inform creative decisions.
• Produce clear, sellable decks detailing ideas and insights.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure consistent brand voice across channels.
