Job summary

M+C Saatchi Middle East in Dubai is seeking a Freelance Social Media Manager for a 6-month onsite assignment. You will lead day-to-day social activity across multiple channels, working with the Social Media Director and teams to deliver content, calendars, briefs and reporting.

You will translate strategy into actionable briefs, coordinate creative and production teams, manage publishing, community management and monthly performance insights, and support strategic development for key client

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
• Experience developing content calendars and briefing creative and production teams.
• Strong client-management and project-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of social content, community management, analytics and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• UAE or regional experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of monthly social content plans and calendars.
• Manage day-to-day client communication and social media requirements.
• Translate social strategy into actionable content briefs.
• Coordinate Social Media Executives, Community Managers, designers and editors.
• Oversee publishing, community management, and reporting.
• Identify reactive and proactive social opportunities.
• Support shoots and content production as needed.
• Work with the Social Media Director on strategy and client needs.
