Job summary

Mashreqbank PSC in United Arab Emirates seeks a senior leader to steer Finance technology transformation across core banking, EPM, OFSAA and ERP ecosystems. You will bridge Finance and Technology, drive AI and automation initiatives, and deliver strategic projects with governance and stakeholder alignment.

The role requires deep banking IT experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proven delivery of large-scale finance technology programs.

Qualifications

• 15-18 years of experience leading large-scale technology transformation in banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, IS or related field.
• CA/CPA/ACCA and/or PMP/PRINCE2 certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Finance digital transformation projects with portfolio accountability.
• Establish Finance transformation capability aligned with governance and central tracking.
• Define portfolio governance standards and escalation thresholds.
• Act as liaison between Finance, Technology and external partners.
• Own initiation and mobilization of approved Finance initiatives with budget control.
• Lead Finance workstreams for Oracle Flexcube implementation and downstream systems.
• Develop project plans, monitor milestones, manage risks and ensure timely deliverables.
• Provide updates to CFO and committees on status and mitigation.
