Job summary

SolutionBox Insight Pvt. Ltd. in Dubai invites an experienced accounting professional to join our client as a senior accountant or finance lead.

The role oversees daily accounting operations, prepares financial statements, and ensures compliance with UAE regulations. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 5+ years in FMCG/trading, strong Excel proficiency, and knowledge of Tally or similar software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in FMCG/Trading industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and UAE regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Know how to use Tally software and similar software’s.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting & financial operations of the company.
• Financial reporting: prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Budgeting and forecasting, tax compliance, internal controls, conduct regular internal audits to identify and rectify financial discrepancies.
• Cash flow management, supervision and training, financial analysis, compliance and regulatory reporting, vendor and customer relations.
• Collaborate with vendors and customers on financial matters, such as payment terms and credit limits.
