Job summary

SolutionBox Insight Pvt. Ltd. in Dubai invites an experienced accounting professional to join our client as a senior accountant or finance lead.

The role oversees daily accounting operations, prepares financial statements, and ensures compliance with UAE regulations. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 5+ years in FMCG/trading, strong Excel proficiency, and knowledge of Tally or similar software.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in FMCG/Trading industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and UAE regulations.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
Know how to use Tally software and similar software’s.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting & financial operations of the company.
Financial reporting: prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Budgeting and forecasting, tax compliance, internal controls, conduct regular internal audits to identify and rectify financial discrepancies.
Cash flow management, supervision and training, financial analysis, compliance and regulatory reporting, vendor and customer relations.
Collaborate with vendors and customers on financial matters, such as payment terms and credit limits.
