Job summary

You will lead the organisation’s risk strategy and ERM framework, oversee major risk disciplines, and provide strategic advice to Executive Management and the Board.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in banking/financial services with risk leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks.
• Experience interacting with Boards and risk committees.
• Master’s or professional risk/finance qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management across credit, market, liquidity, operational, strategic and reputational risk.
• Oversee risk appetite, ICAAP, ILAAP, stress testing, recovery planning and capital risk.
• Manage regulatory engagement, examinations, supervisory reviews and reporting.
• Advise the Board, Board Risk Committee and Executive Management.
• Drive risk transformation, governance enhancements and regulatory remediation.
