Job summary

Teach For All, a global network of independent organizations, seeks an senior strategic leader to advance AI education initiatives and global partnerships. The role focuses on guiding AI adoption, securing resources, and aligning cross-functional teams across a 100% remote environment.

The candidate will drive partnerships with major AI model providers, oversee governance and safeguarding, and help scale learning initiatives across diverse communities worldwide.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of professional experience.
• 7+ years in strategic roles leading technological transformations or EdTech initiatives.
• Robust understanding of AI architectures, LLMs, enterprise API integrations, and RAG-based systems.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar strategic partnerships or funding relationships.
• Strong storytelling, public speaking, and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead within highly diverse, globally distributed, and 100% remote environments.

• Advance the Global Institute's Global AI Learning Agenda by exploring the purpose and future of education in an AI-infused world
• Drive global strategic partnerships with foundational model owners like Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google
• Maximize real-world product feedback loops by partnering with tech industries to use the network as a testing ground
• Secure infrastructure and resources including software licenses, API access, and hardware for network partners
• Lead the cross-functional AI Circle to foster cohesion among staff working on AI adoption
• Support the scaling of the AI Literacy & Creator Collective
• Champion ethical and safeguarding guardrails regarding child safety and data privacy

Requirements
