Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology seeks a visionary Head of Learning & Development to shape and drive a global learning strategy. The role leads a team to build workforce capability, enhance performance, and align with business objectives. You will champion continuous learning, leadership growth, and innovative learning solutions across multi-site, multinational settings.

You will design leadership programs, manage budgets, and partner with executives to close capability gaps and future talent needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Business, Psychology, Education or related field.
Master's degree preferred for advanced leadership roles.
10+ years in Learning & Development or related fields with enterprise-scale experience.

Responsibilities

Shape and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business goals.
Design leadership development programs and succession planning initiatives.
Manage learning programs across classroom, virtual, blended, and digital formats.
Drive adoption of digital learning, microlearning, and AI-enabled tools.
Collaborate with HRBPs and leaders to deliver solutions and partnerships.
Develop and govern the annual L&D budget and compliance.
