Job summary

Arcotech in Dubai seeks an AI/ML Engineer to translate business needs into advanced AI solutions, partnering with product and engineering teams to build scalable LLM-based applications.

You will work with vector databases, multimodal LLMs, CI/CD pipelines, and education-focused AI projects to apply research to real-world learning challenges.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in Data Science, ML Engineering, or LLM development.
• Fluent in Python and Git; follows Clean Code, Unit Testing, and design patterns.
• English for reading technical docs and papers (intermediate-advanced).
• Strong communication to translate complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Genuine interest in Education and human learning.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical solutions using LLMs and data
• Co-create solutions with Product, Software Engineering, and Design teams
• Develop autonomous solutions with frontier LLMs for millions of users
• Apply AI concepts including Vector Databases, multimodal LLMs, and Multi-Agent systems
• Develop and optimize annotation, validation, and quality pipelines (evals, LLM-as-a-judge)
• Utilize development stacks including CI/CD and LLM infrastructure
• Build and influence the team to create rapid prototypes for hypothesis validation
• Research new papers, technical blogs, and global AI conferences

Requirements

• Solid theoretical and practical foundation in Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, or LLM application development
• Fluency in Python, Git, and Software Engineering best practices (Clean Code, Unit Testing, Design Patterns)
• Intermediate to Advanced English for reading technical documentation and scientific papers
• Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders
• Genuine interest in Education and human learning

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience in the education sector
• Practical experience with LLMs in production environments
• Experience building systems requiring recurrent interaction with domain experts
