Teach For All, a global network of independent organizations, seeks an senior strategic leader to advance AI education initiatives and global partnerships. The role focuses on guiding AI adoption, securing resources, and aligning cross-functional teams across a 100% remote environment.

The candidate will drive partnerships with major AI model providers, oversee governance and safeguarding, and help scale learning initiatives across diverse communities worldwide.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of professional experience.
• 7+ years in strategic roles leading technological transformations or EdTech initiatives.
• Robust understanding of AI architectures, LLMs, enterprise API integrations, and RAG-based systems.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar strategic partnerships or funding relationships.
• Strong storytelling, public speaking, and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead within highly diverse, globally distributed, and 100% remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Advance the Global Institute's AI Learning Agenda in an AI-infused world.
• Drive global strategic partnerships with model owners like Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google.
• Maximize real-world product feedback by partnering with tech industries to test and learn.
• Secure infrastructure and resources including licenses, API access, and hardware for partners.
• Lead the cross-functional AI Circle to align staff on AI adoption.
• Support the scaling of the AI Literacy & Creator Collective; foster growth.
• Champion safeguarding guardrails for child safety and data privacy.
