UMO seeks an executive growth leader to architect a data-driven growth system powered by AI. You will embed marketing into the product, drive user acquisition and retention through product-led strategies, and own the end-to-end customer journey.

You will build first-party data, CDP, and real-time decisioning, while guiding GTM and compliance in a regulated fintech context. You will lead Growth, Data, Marketing, and CRM teams, collaborating with Product, Tech, AI, Risk, and Compliance to deliver

Qualifications

• Senior growth/marketing leader with fintech or data-driven digital experience.
• Experience building first-party data strategies and AI-enabled decisioning.
• Proven PLG growth driving acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Responsabilités

• Own growth system design using data, AI, and user intent.
• Lead data architecture including CDP, event tracking, data clean rooms.
