Job summary

808Labs in Dubai is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to define and own the marketing vision for AI, commerce, and digital infrastructure products. This on-site role requires leading market planning, research, and go-to-market strategies while aligning brand messaging with business goals.

You will build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, manage external agencies and partners, and establish clear performance metrics and reporting to drive sustainable growth across regional and global

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in market planning and marketing management.
• Strong market research and analytics to translate insights into plans.
• Experience in public relations and brand communication.
• Background in sales-led marketing with pipeline and retention focus.
• Senior leadership in tech, SaaS, or product-led companies; AI/digital infra a plus.
• Ability to lead diverse teams across geographies.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Comfort working on-site in Dubai with collaboration with Riyadh and other locations.
